We believe:
That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – and that He has revealed himself in creation, conscience, Jesus Christ and the Bible.
(Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 3:16-17; Romans 1:18-20; Romans 3:15; Hebrews 1:1-3)
The Bible (66 books of the Old and New Testament) to be the only inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:16-21)
In the deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary and atoning death through His shed blood. We believe in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
(John 1:1-2; Luke 1:35; 1 Corinthians 15:3-5; 1 Peter 2:24-25)
That personal trust in Jesus Christ is absolutely essential for the salvation of a hopeless and sinful mankind.
(John 3:16; Romans 3:24-26; Ephesians 2:8-9)
The Holy Spirit lives in each Christian and thereby gives the necessary power for obedience to God.
(Romans 8:9-11; Titus 3:4-7)
In the resurrection of both those who trust in Christ and those who do not. Those who trust in Christ are resurrected to an eternity of life with God. Those who do not trust in Christ are resurrected to an eternity of separation from God.
(Revelation 20:11-15)
That the true Church is composed of all who are born again. We are therefore to rise above personal and sectarian differences and to maintain the unity of the spirit in love and peace.
(Romans 12:4-19; 1 Corinthians 12:1-27; Ephesians 4:1-16)
